I have scaled back and am mostly roasting for family, friends and some customers who like what I like. Roasting is more fun that way. If you would like to make an order, please arrange it using the contact form. I would be happy to add more customers at this time.
Local customers who pick up at N 58th and Burleigh pay no shipping or pick up fee.

Flavor Descriptions
- Body is also referred to as mouth feel. Many Indonesian beans like Sumatra and Sulawesi will feel heavy or even syrupy. Brazil is also often a heavier coffee that feels creamy. Beans from Mexico are usually lighter bodied.
- Acidity refers not to the pH level or how it affects your stomach but rather to "crispness" or how fast the after taste leaves your mouth. Costa Rica and Guatemala are beans known for their acidity and how "clean" they feel.
- Flavors are so prevalent in coffee it's impossible to list them all unless you've tried them all! These are naturally occurring flavors.
A few examples would be:
- Fruity (all of these may include specific fruit flavors alone, more than one, a whole category, or any combination)
- Winey
- Dried
- Citrus
- Tropical
- Floral
- Spicy
- Nutty
- Chocolaty
- Fruity (all of these may include specific fruit flavors alone, more than one, a whole category, or any combination)
